Our Retreats

Rest, rejuvenate and re-calibrate with one of our Pilates & Yoga retreats, held in carefully selected, quality retreat centers in exquisite locations across the world.

Why go on Retreat?

In its simplest form, the word ‘Retreat’, means ‘to withdraw, to drawback.’ and traditionally those on the spiritual path would go on retreat to consciously set aside time for a change of focus and take a deliberate step back from the noise and pressures of daily life.  

​

Whilst they don't necessarily have to be a spiritual endeavor, if you haven't been on a retreat yet, they are a wonderful opportunity to rejuvenate your mind and body, slow down, connect with nature, and nourish the body with movement and healthy organic food. 

​

Our retreats all have a program to follow but the program is flexible, and if you don't feel like attending either the pilates or yoga sessions, or group meals, you can always just relax and chill out and partake when it suits. 

​

You can either come with friends, family or partners, but many people also attend retreats on their own and its a brilliant way to decompress, gain a bit of perspective and just relax.
