After struggling to find ways to stay active that didn’t exacerbate her condition, she discovered the transformative effects of Pilates on her physical and mental health and hasn’t looked back! Inspired by her journey, Caitlin became an instructor to share her love for Pilates with others.
Caitlin is patient and determined, so you’ll find a supportive and encouraging environment in her classes.
