At PilatesOx we are passionate about the benefits of pilates and offer a range of Reformer and Mat classes for everyone - whether it be to improve your general wellbeing and overall fitness, athletic performance or recover from injury. We work with best in class Merrithew pilates equipment and all classes are taught by expertly trained pilates teachers in a beautiful studio in Jericho, Oxford.

Reformer Pilates is amazingly effective in building strength and tone, has a great impact on fitness, and is excellent for rehab. It's performed on a machine called the Reformer - one of the most adaptable and effective pieces of exercise equipment available. The reformer consists of a flat platform that moves on wheels, with springs and straps used to provide resistance that can be adapted depending on strength and ability. 


Our reformer classes range from Foundation level to Dynamic and are targeted at all levels - whether you are wanting to get fit and burn some calories, needing rehab, or looking to improve athletic performance. So if you are interested, come and give it a go!


We use STOTT PILATES® Reformers, widely recognised as the best in the industry for their ease of use and durability. 



We offer dynamic mat based classes, often using props such as fitness circles or light hand weights. 


Mat pilates helps build a strong, balanced body whilst increasing flexibility. It is a great choice for everyone from beginners to advanced students because every exercise can be modified to decrease or increase the level of challenge.


Whatever your level of fitness you will be sure to enjoy a challenging and fun work out.
